By booking or participating in any VARA programme, workshop, class or experience, you agree to the following terms:
Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fee. Fees and packages are subject to the terms mentioned at the time of booking.
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the programme and the applicable cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.
Participants are requested to arrive on time. Missed classes or sessions may not be eligible for replacement or refund unless otherwise agreed.
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the child and informing VARA of any relevant requirements or concerns.
Art materials included in a programme will be as specified in the programme details. Additional materials, if required, may incur additional charges.
Participants may take their completed artwork home unless otherwise specified. Artwork created during workshops or classes may be photographed and used by VARA for documentation and promotional purposes.
Participants are expected to follow studio guidelines and respect fellow participants, staff and studio property.
VARA reserves the right to modify schedules, faculty, programme structure or venue when necessary, with reasonable notice.
By participating, you consent to reasonable photography/video coverage for VARA's documentation and promotional communication. Parents/guardians may contact VARA regarding consent for minors.
Course content, teaching materials, creative exercises and branded materials provided by VARA are intended for personal learning and may not be reproduced or commercially distributed without permission.
